the summer of 2007’s been in me brain these last few days, as I’ve told the “then about 40 polaroid nerds met up in SF and rocked out all weekend” story a few times. This here is probably my favorite shot from that weekend.
It really was a…well, I’ll just go ahead and say it, a magical time. About a dozen of us had all become good friends in a short amount of time, and, as we all lived in different parts of the country, it was something special to have us all converge in one place, share that thing we all loved with each other.
Of course, it didn’t last. We went about our own lives, contact lessened, never again did we all meet up in such force.
But, and here’s the real beauty of it, we’ll always have the pictures of that weekend. Specifically, we’ll have the Polaroids.
